IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER AND/OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL WE CAN NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFERS
Our runs are nonprofit and we use the registration fees to pay for setup, shirts, printing, and the many other fees incurred. All of the people involved are volunteers. As much as we would like to offer refunds, we just can’t since all/most of the money from entries is gone to pay for the event. It’s the nature of the sport and you take a certain risk, as do we, when you sign up.
Typical cancellation of ANY event is not something to worry about and is quite rare. We will always wait as long as we can before canceling and do everything in our power to avoid it.
ALSO BE AWARE that we reserve the right to add, remove, reroute, and/or redirect any of our courses in any way we see fit. Usually unforeseen weather, construction, inclement road conditions, and various other things have come into effect as the event date approaches.
